Management Service Package
The service package is customized for each property as follows:
- Tariff will be calculated as per bulk supply and NERSA legislation.
- Mr Prepaid manages and pays all or selected utility accounts from the City of Tshwane and Smart Meters.
- Monthly Report, Statement and or Proof of payment emailed to the landlord, body corporate or managing agent.
